If you’re looking for a wedding cake or a custom cake for your next event, you are in the right place! Two Cubs Bakery is based in Anchorage, AK and specializes in round cakes wrapped in vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream. Fondant is rare here and would only be used for toppers that are accents, not figurines. We book about 4-6 weeks in advance and are open Wednesday through Saturday. Pick up is always welcome the day before your event, however, the cake will need to be kept in the refrigerator overnight. Cake tastes best at room temperature so if you’re planning on picking up or having your cake delivered to your event, please plan ahead about 3-4 hours so the cake has time to warm up. Due to a high volume of inquiries, your date is first come first serve and will not be reserved without a nonrefundable deposit. There is a minimum order of $150 to book.

  • Custom Cakes

    Do you have an event coming up and need a show stopping custom cake? Flowers, gold, marbling and acrylic toppers are all additional add ons. There is a nonrefundable 50% deposit and $150 minimum per order.

  • Wedding Cakes

    Wedding cakes start at $10/serving. Florals, gold drip or foil, and delivery are additional add ons. There is a 50% non refundable deposit to hold your date. Cake tasting boxes include 5-4oz jars filled with flavor combinations from our menu for $60.

  • Multi Set Cakes

    Multi Set Cakes are a fun way to add spice to your party table! With two to three different sizes comes two to three different designs. There is a nonrefundable 50% deposit and a minimum order of $400.
